 Adhere to Company Mission, Vision, and Values by ensuring that all actions, decisions, and initiatives align with the company&rsquo;s mission, vision, and core values, contributing to the overall success and ethical standards of the organization.

 <li>
 Comply with Company Policies and Procedures by performing duties in strict accordance with established company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures, maintaining professionalism and consistency in all tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and respect the official organizational chart, following the proper chain of command and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership, fostering a cohesive and respectful work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs any other duties as required.

 Departmental Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Schedule and prioritize the management&rsquo;s appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for various departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in investment performance analysis, and investor communications if required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication and meetings with investors, clients, and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage contracts, legal documents, and regulatory compliance materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure corporate governance standards are maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management executive.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel
