The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist EHC's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the management's effectiveness and efficiency in leading the company

Departmental Responsibilities:

Schedule and prioritize the management’s appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Draft, review, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for various departments.

Assist in investment performance analysis, and investor communications if required.

Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Coordinate communication and meetings with investors, clients, and partners.

Help manage contracts, legal documents, and regulatory compliance materials.

Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure corporate governance standards are maintained.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management executive.
