Technical Sales Specialist (Engineering Sector)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Estimator specializing in site development and landscaping for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring competitive pricing strategies for sitework, grading, and landscaping projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for site development and landscaping projects.</li><li>Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. Utilize industry-standard estimation software (such as Bluebeam, Planswift, RSMeans, or HeavyBid).</li><li>Prepare value engineering options to optimize project costs.
