We’re Hiring: Pricing Estimator (US-Based Construction Estimation)

Location: Faisalabad (On-site)
Shift: Evening/Night Shift (Aligned with US Timings)
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year (US Pricing Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Estimator with hands-on experience in US-based construction estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately pricing material, labor, and subcontractor costs based on takeoffs and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing based on project takeoffs
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and apply appropriate US market pricing
• Coordinate with the estimation team to meet deadlines
• Review vendor/subcontractor quotations and ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain updated knowledge of US construction pricing trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US construction pricing/estimation
• Strong understanding of takeoffs and pricing methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (plans, sections, details)
• Proficiency in estimation tools/software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in estimation tools will be a plus
