Qualifications

<li>Must possess a master&rsquo;s degree from an approved school of Social Work.</li>
<li>Must hold and active MSW in the State of Michigan</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of Homecare experience</li>
<li>Communication skills</li>
<li>Case management</li>
<li>Experience with care plans</li>
