If you're passionate about driving and eager to be part of a team that values professionalism and reliability, this is your opportunity to thrive!Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate tractor-trailers across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.</li><li>Drive a range of trucks including manual transmission units, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized equipment.</li><li>Load and unload freight efficiently using forklift or manual methods as required, ensuring cargo integrity and safety.</li><li>Manage route driving schedules to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency and route planning.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, and inspection reports in compliance with DOT regulations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL A license; experience with manual transmissions is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate various truck types including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.</li><li>Prior delivery driver experience involving freight handling, load &amp; unload procedures, and route driving in regional settings.</li><li>Familiarity with forklift operation for loading/unloading cargo is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols related to truck driving, freight security, and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Excellent navigation skills with the ability to plan efficient routes while managing time effectively.
