This role involves creating high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, product guides, and content for various internal and client-facing resources.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Technical Documentation: Write and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes, system specifications, and API documentation.</li><li>Content Development: Create content for blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, and other thought-leadership materials related to IT services and solutions.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams to gather technical information and ensure content accuracy.</li><li>Content Editing: Review and edit technical content for clarity, grammar, structure, and consistency in line with company guidelines and standards.</li><li>Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitors to produce insightful, relevant content.</li><li>Content Optimization: Ensure that technical content is optimized for SEO, readability, and usability.</li><li>Version Control: Maintain version-controlled documents and ensure content is up-to-date with the latest product updates or service offerings.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT services industry or related sectors.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, including cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and networking.</li><li>Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written content.</li><li>Tools &amp; Technologies: Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Markdown, JIRA, and MS Office Suite.
