We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional eager to grow in a dynamic, employee-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding procedures.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
• Employee Engagement & Performance Management
• Support employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Assist in performance management processes and training programs.
• HR Administration & Reporting
• Organize and manage HR reports, data, and documentation.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.✅ Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented and methodical in managing HR processes.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
