In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various IT positions within our organization.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions</li><li>Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Collect feedback from interviews and make recommendations to the hiring team</li><li>Negotiate offers and close candidates</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in IT recruitment or related field</li><li>Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems</li><li>Should be ready to work in night shift between 04:30pm to 02:30am IST</li></ul>If you are passionate about IT recruitment and looking for a new opportunity to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.
