Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Associate - US Recruiter

Location: On- Site Mysore, India

Salary: ₹2,00,000 - ₹3,00,000

Work Timings : US Shift 04:30PM to 02:30AM (Night Shift) 5 Days working SAT & SUN Weekoff.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate focusing on IT recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various IT positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Collect feedback from interviews and make recommendations to the hiring team
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT recruitment or related field
• Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Should be ready to work in night shift between 04:30pm to 02:30am IST
