Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Site Supervisor / Foreman with &asymp;10 years&rsquo; experience in fireproofing and protective coating works, especially on structural steel. The candidate must be certified, bilingual (English &amp; Arabic), with valid driving license and a transferable Iqama. He will supervise site operations, ensure quality and schedule compliance, monitor safety, and communicate with management and client representatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate work of site teams applying fireproofing / protective coatings on structural steel and other relevant surfaces.</li><li>Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, relevant codes, safety standards, and approved procedures.</li><li>Monitor and enforce site safety practices.</li><li>Oversee the execution of works by applicators / subcontractors, ensuring quality of surface preparation, application thickness (DFT/WFT), curing, etc.</li><li>Inspect work, identify defects or deviations, issue Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), non-conformity reports (NCRs) as needed.</li><li>Liaise with QA/QC department, client inspectors, third-party inspectors.</li><li>Maintain productivity, ensure deadlines are met, handle schedule issues.</li><li>Travel to project sites as required (sometimes remote / multiple sites).</li><li>Valid driving license: ability to drive to sites.</li><li>Report regularly to management on progress, budget, manpower, material usage, issues.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in fireproofing works and protective coatings, especially on structural steel.</li><li>Certification: BGAS-CSWIP or equivalent, or relevant AMPP / NACE / SSPC / CIP / BGAS certification. (The candidate must be certified and able to provide proof.)</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken &amp; written) &amp; Arabic (is a plus).</li><li>Must hold valid Saudi driving license.</li><li>Should be residing in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama status.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks / sites, prioritize, and solve issues proactively.</li><li>Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, material datasheets.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to sites as required.</li></ul>Desirable / Preferred<ul><li>Knowledge of AMPP&rsquo;s &ldquo;Fireproofing Inspection Specialty&rdquo; and related inspection standards.</li><li>Experience working with Aramco / Saudi Civil Defense / clients with stringent fireproofing &amp; protective coating standards.</li><li>Familiarity with documentation like ITPs, RFIs, material approvals, site safety &amp; environmental practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Site Supervisor

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in structural steel works and protective coating projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a professional who can lead diverse teams on-site, liaise effectively with clients, and report progress clearly to senior management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate multiple ongoing projects in structural steel and protective coating.</li><li>Lead and supervise site supervisors and their teams, ensuring adherence to project scope, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and review project documentation, including:</li><li>WIRs (Work Inspection Requests)</li><li>RFIs (Requests for Inspection)</li><li>ITPs (Inspection &amp; Test Plans)</li><li>Project schedules and Gantt charts</li><li>Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, providing accurate and timely reports to management.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with high-level client representatives, consultants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.</li><li>Travel extensively within Saudi Arabia to manage project sites, as required.</li><li>Proactively identify risks, delays, and budget deviations, implementing corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in structural steel and protective coating projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams across various sites.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).</li><li>Solid understanding of project documentation, contract administration, and industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license.</li><li>Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer Iqama.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom as required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If you are a non Saudi candidate, do you have a valid and transferable Iqama?</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>
