We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commercial sector. This role focuses on identifying and securing new commercial projects, from lead generation to contract closing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial project opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, developers, architects, and facility managers.</li><li>Conduct client presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to project needs and company offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure accurate proposals and successful project delivery.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and differentiation.</li><li>Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.</li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial construction, services, or related sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of generating new business and managing the full sales cycle.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Established network within the commercial or construction sectors.</li><li>Understanding of project-based sales cycles and bid processes.</li><li>Experience working with general contractors, developers, and property management firms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If you are non-Saudi candidate, do you have a valid and transferrable Iqama?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English and Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
