We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commercial sector. This role focuses on identifying and securing new commercial projects, from lead generation to contract closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial project opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, developers, architects, and facility managers.
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to project needs and company offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure accurate proposals and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial construction, services, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Attributes

  • Established network within the commercial or construction sectors.
  • Understanding of project-based sales cycles and bid processes.
  • Experience working with general contractors, developers, and property management firms.
