Sales Representative

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Job Responsibility:

• Identify potential leads and reach out to them through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Present and promote products or services to current and prospective clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Familiarity in MS Office
• Diploma degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

• Excellent product knowledge of kitchen appliances, tools, and equipment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Good understanding of kitchen design and layout concepts
• Knowledge of current trends in the kitchen industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to meet customer needs
