  • Ensure that sales activities are promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and forecast needs and trends.
  • Build and manage sales team by assigning tasks in an organized and professional manner.
  • Assessing sales team performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Assists and provide motivation, counseling, and coaching for sales team to meet The company targets.
