Summary :

Working in part of Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, a unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated, driven, and successful Regional Manager to lead a team of Territory Leads in JR.

You will be responsible for the overall management of your region; developing and leading your team and taking ownership for sales and budgets.

Opportunities for maximizing customer service along with acquiring new customers will be a pivotal part of your role, so a proven history of delivering exceptional results (individually and through your team) over an extended period is key.

You will passionately drive performance with accountability & integrity.

What you will do :

  • Reporting directly into the Regional Commercial Director JR MENA you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial & performance objectives are met

  • Accurately forecast business and a sustainable develop sales pipeline.

  • Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business

  • Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.

  • Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required.

  • Develop strategic healthcare systems relationships.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.

  • Embrace & enable change to simplify, scale & innovate

  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.

What you need :

  • Proven success over at least 5 years within a sales and/or marketing role with demonstrable examples of where you have informally led others

  • A track record of achieving and exceeding targets

  • Ideally product and sales knowledge in the Medical Devices sector, or experience within the theatre environment

  • Commercial skills in leading a profit centre

  • Experience using CRM’s and good MS Office

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Initiative-taking

  • Highly confident and competitive

  • Strong communicator

  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally.

  • Leadership, strategic and proactive

  • High integrity & strong ethics

  • Negotiating skills and understanding the power of persuasion

  • Capital Sales Experience would be an advantage

Additional desired role-specific experiences/certifications may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager.

Interviews for this role will be held in week commencing 13th October to 17th October 2025
