Job Title: Sales Lead / Sales Advisor – Real Estate

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving property sales, leading a team of sales advisors, and achieving revenue targets for the company’s real estate projects in Dammam. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and client segments to increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions where needed.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and train sales advisors to enhance productivity and professionalism.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Motivate the sales team through recognition, incentives, and effective communication.

Client Relations & Business Development

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and close major deals.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, property shows, and networking events.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of real estate sales experience,
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
