We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-loving Operations Manager to oversee our daily caf&eacute; operations and ensure a smooth, high-vibe experience for guests and team members alike.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations<ul><li>Manage daily front-of-house and kitchen operations</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams</li><li>Open/close the caf&eacute; and handle basic maintenance issues</li><li>Reporting to management</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise, schedule, and support staff across departments</li><li>Lead onboarding, training, and team development</li><li>Monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture</li><li>Coordinate staff scheduling together with the chef to ensure optimal coverage</li><li>Oversee salary distribution, attendance, and tip management</li><li>Liaise with the company PRO and assist with hiring, visa renewals, and other HR-related processes</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Uphold exceptional service standards and handle guest feedback</li><li>Foster a warm, mindful, and welcoming caf&eacute; environment</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Oversee ordering and inventory of food, beverage, and eco products</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers and explore sustainable options</li><li>Report to management</li></ul>Concept Store Operations<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the in-house eco concept store</li><li>Ensure all products are correctly entered, priced, and updated in the system</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely reorders</li><li>Prepare monthly sales to suppliers and performance reports for the store section</li><li>Communicate with product suppliers and manage deliveries</li><li>Keep the store area organized, visually appealing, and aligned with Eco Mind&rsquo;s aesthetic and values</li></ul>Financial Oversight<ul><li>Track daily sales and expenses</li><li>Prepare and submit financial reports in coordination with the accounting team</li></ul>Hygiene &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and food safety regulations</li><li>Conduct regular cleanliness and hygiene checks</li></ul>Event Support<ul><li>Coordinate caf&eacute; operations during in-house yoga events and external collaborations</li><li>Help organize tastings, community activations, and seasonal events</li></ul>Sustainability Practices<ul><li>Promote and uphold eco-friendly practices in packaging, waste, and sourcing</li></ul>Systems &amp; Tools<ul><li>Use Foodics POS system, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs,</li><li>Manage orders via platforms like Deliveroo, Noon and Careem</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Assist in launching new menu items or product lines</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and engagement strategies</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in a similar caf&eacute; or restaurant management role</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills</li><li>Passion for healthy, plant-based food and eco-conscious living</li><li>Fluent in English (other languages like Russian or Arabic are a plus)</li><li>Calm, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Tech-savvy with basic financial and reporting skills</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Work in a conscious and peaceful environment near the sea</li><li>1 complimentary meal per shift</li><li>Opportunities to grow within an expanding wellness-focused business</li></ul>How to Apply:Submit your CV with a short message telling us why you&rsquo;d love to join the Eco Mind family.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cafe manager: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Russian (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
