Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Closing Manager to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales closures, client negotiations, and deal finalization. This role involves working closely with the sales team to convert hot leads into successful bookings.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle end-to-end sales closing process, from customer site visits to final booking confirmation.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and offers with clients to ensure successful closures.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to identify high-potential leads and assist in final conversions.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and smooth deal closure.</li><li>Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Documentation teams for agreement execution and payment collection.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports on closures, revenue, and pipeline.</li><li>Stay updated with competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies to support negotiations.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction during the closing stage, handling objections effectively.</li></ul>*Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales (mandatory).</li><li>Strong track record in deal closures and sales negotiations.</li><li>Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to handle high-value transactions and customer objections.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>Goal-oriented, confident, and target-driven professional.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Closing Manager: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
