Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Closing Manager to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales closures, client negotiations, and deal finalization. This role involves working closely with the sales team to convert hot leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales closing process, from customer site visits to final booking confirmation.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and offers with clients to ensure successful closures.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify high-potential leads and assist in final conversions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and smooth deal closure.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Documentation teams for agreement execution and payment collection.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports on closures, revenue, and pipeline.
- Stay updated with competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies to support negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during the closing stage, handling objections effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong track record in deal closures and sales negotiations.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions and customer objections.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Goal-oriented, confident, and target-driven professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
