Principal &ndash; Eklavya Sports School, Sisai BolanEklavya Sports School, Sisai Bolan (Nursery to XII, Khelo India&ndash;accredited Fencing Academy) invites applications for the post of Principal.About the RoleThe Principal will lead the academic, administrative and sports-integrated environment of a residential school, ensuring excellence in both scholastic and co&#8209;scholastic domains with a strong focus on sports, discipline and holistic development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead overall academic planning and implementation from Nursery to Class 12.</li><li>Supervise teachers, non&#8209;teaching staff and sports coaches; ensure effective classroom teaching and training.</li><li>Monitor school discipline, student welfare, hostel life and safety in a residential set&#8209;up.</li><li>Coordinate with Khelo India / sports bodies for fencing academy activities, tournaments and training schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CBSE / Board norms, documentation, inspections and affiliation requirements.</li><li>Drive school admissions, branding, parent communication and public relations.</li><li>Use IT tools for data management, communication, academics and administration (ERP, emails, online records, etc.).</li><li>Plan exams, time&#8209;tables, co&#8209;curricular activities, morning assemblies and events.</li><li>Mentor teachers through observations, feedback and capacity&#8209;building programs.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics / Geography / English from a recognized university.</li><li>B.Ed (or equivalent professional teaching qualification) preferred.</li><li>Total experience: 7&ndash;10 years in school education.</li><li>Administrative experience: Minimum 2 years in a leadership/administrative role (Vice&#8209;Principal, Coordinator, Head of Department, Warden&#8209;cum&#8209;Academic Head, etc.).</li><li>Experience of handling residential/boarding schools is essential.</li><li>Strong IT skills; comfortable with computers, MS Office, WhatsApp, email, online portals and basic school ERP.</li><li>Fluent in English and Hindi &ndash; spoken and written.</li><li>Experience or interest in sports&#8209;integrated education, especially fencing, will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Strong leadership and decision&#8209;making abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with students, staff and parents.</li><li>Ability to maintain discipline with empathy in a residential environment.</li><li>Planning, organization and problem&#8209;solving skills.</li><li>Vision for integrating academics, sports and life&#8209;skills.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their resume on WhatsApp at 9813329678.
