 Role Description
 
 
 
 The Head of Sales will lead Eldiheby&rsquo;s complete sales organization, reporting directly to the CEO and taking ownership of the company&rsquo;s commercial growth strategy.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales organization, expanding market opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across all business segments.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who can combine market understanding with strong execution, creating structure, improving performance, developing people, and strengthening Eldiheby&rsquo;s position in the market.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and drive Eldiheby&rsquo;s overall sales strategy and revenue growth objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious business targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish effective sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage strategic accounts and major business opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to guide decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with management, operations, and supplier partners to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Eldiheby in key industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with significant experience in leadership roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of building sales teams and achieving revenue growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, water, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of project-based sales and long-term customer relationship management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create structure, processes, and accountability within a sales organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English and Arabic communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools
 </li>
