Head of Sales - Eldiheby

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will lead Eldiheby’s sales organization, define commercial strategy, and drive the next phase of growth across all business segments.


We are looking for a senior sales leader who can build structure, develop people, and translate strategy into consistent revenue performance, shaping how Eldiheby grows in the years ahead.


ElDiheby Import, Export & Trading Agencies (LLC) is an Egyptian engineering solutions company specializing in water, pumping, and industrial applications. We work with leading global partners such as Grundfos and ABB Motion, delivering reliable solutions across infrastructure, construction, agriculture, and industrial sectors.


Role Description

The Head of Sales will lead Eldiheby’s complete sales organization, reporting directly to the CEO and taking ownership of the company’s commercial growth strategy.


This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales organization, expanding market opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across all business segments.


The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who can combine market understanding with strong execution, creating structure, improving performance, developing people, and strengthening Eldiheby’s position in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Eldiheby’s overall sales strategy and revenue growth objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious business targets
  • Establish effective sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management systems
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives
  • Manage strategic accounts and major business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with management, operations, and supplier partners to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Represent Eldiheby in key industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with significant experience in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building sales teams and achieving revenue growth
  • Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, water, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales and long-term customer relationship management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to create structure, processes, and accountability within a sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools
