Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Reception cum Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk &amp; Reception Duties<ul><li>Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner.</li><li>Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>Maintain visitor records and entry/exit register.</li></ul>2. Daily Reception Counter Tasks<ul><li>Handle inward and outward documentation.</li><li>Maintain records of documents received and dispatched.</li><li>Verify documents before submission or dispatch.</li><li>Release cheques and official documents after proper verification and authorization.</li><li>Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval of documents.</li></ul>3. Administrative Support<ul><li>Assist in general office administrative tasks.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.</li><li>Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.</li><li>Coordinate courier services and track deliveries.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Verification<ul><li>Maintain cheque issue/receipt records.</li><li>Ensure proper signatory verification before releasing documents.</li><li>Keep accurate records of inward and outward correspondence.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company documents.</li></ul>5. Hospitality &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.</li><li>Ensure reception and waiting area is clean and organized.</li><li>Assist in arranging meeting rooms for official meetings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
