This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working in a fast-paced environment that celebrates teamwork and excellence.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks</li><li>Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing special requests or concerns promptly</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and sales processing</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods</li><li>Experience in fine dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members</li><li>Knowledge of the food industry trends including brewing techniques or nightclub service standards is a plus</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
