 Executive Assistant
 
 acts as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping translate ideas into action, keeping priorities on track, and making sure decisions are followed through.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing office budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Primary focus on internal clients, including the CEO, Board, Committees and Executive management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures external partners, advisors, and stakeholders experience professional and timely engagement when dealing with the CEO&rsquo;s office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with consultants, advisors, and external service providers supporting the CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures information requests, approvals, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports compliance with governance, reporting, and confidentiality requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Business analysis &amp; decision support:
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare structured analyses, dashboards, and briefing notes to support CEO decision-making.
 
 
 &bull; Synthesize financial, operational, and strategic data into clear executive insights.
 
 
 &bull; Track KPIs, initiatives, and risks across the organization and flag deviations early.
 
 
 
 2. CEO office coordination &amp; execution:
 
 
 
 &bull; Act as an extension of the CEO&rsquo;s office in coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
 
 
 &bull; Follow up with ExCom and senior management on agreed actions, milestones, and deliverables.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure alignment, cadence, and accountability across strategic priorities.
 
 
 
 3. Project management:
 
 
 
 &bull; Structure, track, and report on key strategic and transformation projects.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and executive summaries.
 
 
 &bull; Support preparation of Board materials, management presentations, and steering updates.
 
 
 
 4. Stakeholder &amp; communication management
 
 
 
 &bull; Draft high-quality executive communications, presentations, and briefing packs.
 
 
 &bull; Interface confidently with senior executives, external partners, and advisors on behalf of the CEO.
 
 
 &bull; Filter, prioritize, and contextualize information flowing to the CEO.
 
 
 
 5. Strategic mindset &amp; discretion:
 
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
 
 
 &bull; Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and sound judgment.
 
 
 &bull; Anticipate CEO needs and proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
 
 
 
 6. Additional Responsibilities:

 Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, meetings and scheduling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle correspondence and calls professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize documents, records, and confidential files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, itineraries, and meeting logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the first point of contact for the CEO&rsquo;s office.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in business administration or relative field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3 years&rsquo; experience as Assistant/Secretary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and business understanding
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and strong follow-through
 </li>

 Confident with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

 Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
