General Manager Rentals &amp; Property Management Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop rental strategies to ensure maximum occupancy across warehouses, commercial / industrial properties, bungalows and residential apartments.</li><li>Negotiate, finalize, and renew lease agreements with tenants in compliance with market standards and legal requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely rental collections, monitor arrears, and implement recovery measures.</li><li>Dealing with authorities on matters related to rental taxation, compliance, and property regulations.</li><li>Maintain commercial properties and bungalows in excellent condition to attract premium tenants.</li><li>Build strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Address tenant complaints, requests, and disputes promptly and professionally.</li><li>Prepare and manage rental budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.</li><li>Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability of each property segment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of leasing laws, tenancy regulations, and compliance standards.</li><li>Knowledge of Finance, Taxation, warehousing, commercial property facilities, and residential property maintenance.</li><li>Excellent communication ,negotiate on, financial management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>If you are looking for a meaningful career, Elahi Group is the place for you to apply submit your updated resume at careers.egc@gmail.com or whatsapp your Resume at 0300-0661102.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs120,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Korangi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Age</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate Warehousing &amp; Commercial Properties): 9 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
