Bonded Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bonded warehouse.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs laws and bonded warehouse regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and inventory.
• Coordinate with customs officials for inspections, clearance, and documentation.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of bonded goods.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic physical audits.
• Ensure proper documentation (GD, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Implement security measures to safeguard bonded inventory.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Liaise with transporters and clearing agents for timely movement of goods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in bonded warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
• Experience dealing with customs authorities and clearing agents
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per hour
