Production Operation Manager - Furniture

• Set up targets for production team.
• Collaborates with colleagues across departments to identify system needs, process bottlenecks, and to process fair solutions to enable more timely, efficient, and accountable operations.
• Before delivering make sure to do inspection of all Products.
• Call vendors for Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects of the production floor.
• Develops and implements strategies and training toward accomplishing organizational goals and values.
• Provides regular performance feedback and effective training to staff for skill development.
• Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor
• Lead supply chain, quality, Inventory and production together
• Ability to handle daily basis issues of labors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
