Aesthetics - Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager – Aesthetics (Sales & Operations)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager – Aesthetics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the aesthetics or medical aesthetics field and will play a key role in driving both sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and related healthcare facilities to promote and sell products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve sales targets through effective product positioning and market engagement
• Conduct product presentations and in-clinic training where required
• Manage and monitor stock levels and inventory planning to ensure product availability
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client interactions
• Support basic administrative and reporting tasks related to sales and operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aesthetics, medical aesthetics, or dermatology product sales
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows and practitioner needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage both field sales and backend operational tasks
• Highly organized with attention to detail in inventory and reporting
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
