Hiring: Warehouse Lead – Raw Material Store (RMS)
Location: Rahim Yar Khan (Candidates willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply). Department: Supply Chain
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Lead – RMS to manage and transform raw material store operations.
This role focuses on improving efficiency, driving digitization, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound operations: receiving, scanning & storage (FIFO compliance)Drive warehouse digitization and WMS/SAP usage
Maintain stock accuracy (>98%) and achieve OTIF targets
Lead, coach, and manage warehouse team performance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Planning, Quality)
Ensure zero defective or short-received materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)1–3 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain
Strong knowledge of inventory control & warehouse operations
Experience with SAP/WMS or digital tools
Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
