Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Hospital Items as per approved requests.
  • Receiving of Items as per Delivery Challan (DC) & Purchase Order (PO).
  • Expiry Monitoring: Check expiry dates while receiving items.
  • Quality Check: Ensure proper checking of items during both issuance and receiving.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock in & out movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Purchase Requests: Prepare purchase requests for the Procurement Department.
  • Dead Stock Reporting: Maintain and report dead stock on a monthly basis.
  • Near Expiry Record: Keep track of near-expiry items and take necessary action.
  • Shelving of Items: Organize and arrange inventory as per the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) method to prevent wastage.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any additional tasks or instructions given by the Manager as required.

Requirement:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management, specifically within the Hospital industry.
