ERP Inventory & Store Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Inventory & Store Manager to manage and control inventory operations through our ERP system. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring accurate stock management across our central store and all Luna Coffee outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all inventory through the ERP system
• Maintain accurate stock records, movements, and reconciliations
• Handle GRNs, stock transfers, adjustments, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement
• Track consumption patterns, wastage, and stock variances
• Conduct regular audits and ensure system vs physical stock accuracy
• Manage inventory flow between central warehouse and branches
• Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize inventory processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory/store management
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using an ERP system for inventory management
• Strong understanding of stock control, supply chain, and procurement cycles
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Experience in F&B, retail, or distribution is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multi-location operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Willingness to travel:
