Experience Required: 0&ndash;3 years Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldRoles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales distribution activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new distributors and dealers to expand the company&rsquo;s network.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain distributor and retailer relationships to achieve sales targets.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business development.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data, and order follow-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of sales and distribution processes</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and reporting skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in coordination with field and internal teams</li></ul>Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 &ndash; Rs. 22,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM, 6 days a week Perks and Benefits: Incentives based on performance, growth opportunities within the companyJob Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
