Marketing and Sales

Experience Required: 0–3 years Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales distribution activities.

• Identify new distributors and dealers to expand the company’s network.

• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Maintain distributor and retailer relationships to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business development.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data, and order follow-ups.

• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and distribution processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and reporting skills

• Ability to work in coordination with field and internal teams

Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 22,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week Perks and Benefits: Incentives based on performance, growth opportunities within the company
