The <b>Sales Administration Specialist</b> supports the commercial organization by managing order processing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales team to achieve targets by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling of all sales-related operations.</div><div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from order entry to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with logistics, finance, customer service, and sales teams to ensure timely order confirmation, shipment, and invoicing.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date customer records, price lists, and product data within CRM and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team to prioritize deliveries based on customer needs and sales commitments.</li>
<li>Prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation required for tenders or customer proposals.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and administrative requirements.</li>
<li>Track and report KPIs related to order accuracy, lead times, customer requests, and operational performance.</li>
<li>Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract documentation, credit checks, and after-sales processes.</li>

<li>Excellent proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting.</li>

Requirements</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>A solid 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.</li>
<li>Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.</li>
<li>Good understanding of the principles of logistics, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.</li>
<li>Experience with principles of logistics (transportation, warehousing and distribution).</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAP.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (Excel, Power BI, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve supply chain disruptions.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating stakeholders.</li>
