A Firm needs a dynamic individual who is an expert in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Have experience in Quantity take-off in the field of ElectricalKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and analyze technical drawings and blueprints for project estimation.</li><li>Prepare and manage quantity take-offs for materials and labor costs.</li><li>Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.</li><li>Use AutoCAD to interpret and prepare drawings for estimation purposes.</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to refine cost estimates.</li><li>Support in preparing bid documents and project proposals.</li><li>Maintain and update records of estimates and project progress.</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimation.</li><li>Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and creating technical drawings.</li><li>Understanding of quantity take-offs and construction materials.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Proficiency in Ms Office</li><li>Knowledge of construction cost estimation is a plus, but not mandatory.</li></ul>Benefits:Health Insurance + lunch + Bonus + Annual LeavesJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
