3D Modeler / Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Graphics Designer with expertise in Interior, Exterior, Design, and Facade Lighting. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality 3D visuals along with creative lighting concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and realistic renderings for interior, exterior, and Facade lighting projects
• Design and develop facade lighting concepts and layouts
• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans
• Coordinate with Clients
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards
• Apply proper lighting techniques for aesthetics and functionality

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Interior & Exterior Design
• Expertise in 3D Visualization & Rendering
• Hands-on experience in Facade Lighting Design
• Knowledge of lighting placement, intensity, and effects

Software Requirements:
Must be proficient in required software; remaining work processes will be guided by the company.

Candidate must have hands-on experience in the following software:

• SketchUp (Required)
• 3ds Max (Required)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Required)
• V-Ray (Required)
• Lumion (preferred)
• Revit (preferred)
• Blender (preferred)
• AutoCAD (preferred)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–4+ years of experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / 3D Design

Other Requirements:

• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
