We’re not hiring a coordinator—we’re looking for an IT Sales Officer who acts like an owner: building relationships, thinking strategically, and using AI tools as naturally as emails and calls.
 Most of our leads come to us, but the rest? We go after them with smart, data-powered outreach. You’ll be the first human voice potential clients hear, the strategist who guides discovery, and the closer who turns conversations into real projects.
 
What You’ll Do
 
Drive inbound growth
 Respond quickly to qualified leads
 Lead discovery sessions with purpose
 Shape client requirements into clear, compelling proposals that build trust
 Create new demand
 Run personalised LinkedIn and Apollo outreach
 Use AI tools to craft targeted micro-campaigns
 Open doors to brands we haven’t met—yet
 Close deals with confidence
 Manage the sales journey from first call to contract
 Negotiate win-win terms
 Seamlessly hand off projects to the delivery team
 Keep the pipeline clean and clear
 Track all activities in HubSpot
 Share insights and forecasts with precision
 Work smart, stay sharp
 Use AI to automate follow-ups and speed up tasks
 Write better, faster with ChatGPT
 Stay curious about new tools and test what works
 
You’re a Fit If You

<li>Have sold digital services before (agency life excites you)</li>
<li>Speak “tech” fluently (CMS, APIs, stacks)—enough to earn a CTO’s trust and a marketer’s enthusiasm</li>
<li>Are consultative when listening, assertive when closing</li>
<li>Keep your CRM clean—always</li>
<li>Use AI in your daily workflow</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and confidently (sharp English; Arabic is a plus)</li>

IT Sales Officer

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Officer to help us grow our footprint in the branding and creative industry. If you have a talent for building strong client relationships, closing deals, and driving business growth — we'd love to hear from you!
 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
<ul>
<li>Identify and approach potential clients across industries to offer branding, digital marketing, and creative services.</li>
<li>Customize proposals and pitch solutions tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to the company’s growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.</li>
<li>Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to promote our services.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management — preferably in branding, marketing, or design services.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of branding, creative strategy, and digital marketing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.</li>
<li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>
