We are specialized in renovating, designing, managing residential and commercial spaces, with a strong focus on design excellence and project execution.Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Project Management firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting both office and field teams, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence.Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Desk &amp; Client Interaction<ul><li>Greet clients, vendors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails</li><li>Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and representative of our brand</li><li>Provide refreshments and hospitality during client visits</li></ul>2. Administrative Support<ul><li>Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related appointments</li><li>Noting down Minutes of Meetings held at the office for important projects</li><li>Assist with calendar management for project managers and executives</li><li>Prepare and organize project documents, files, invoices, and correspondence</li><li>Support HR and operations with onboarding documents, timesheets, and recordkeeping</li><li>Maintain office supplies, order materials, and coordinate deliveries</li></ul>3. Project &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Assist project managers with document tracking, submittals, and RFI/log updates</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for document pickup/drop-off</li><li>Support the team with general workflow tasks and communication needs</li></ul>4. Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Create high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, project stories) about our projects (project management, interior fit-out, and design work)</li><li>Produce visual content: photos, short videos, reels, time-lapses from project sites</li><li>Develop social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X etc.)</li></ul>2. Digital Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta / Facebook / LinkedIn Ads, email marketing)</li><li>Define KPI's and track campaign performance; optimize based on data</li><li>Manage marketing budget for paid channels</li></ul>3. Brand &amp; Design Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the design / fit-out team to translate technical project details into marketing-friendly content</li><li>Create mood boards, concept visuals, and marketing collateral (e.g., before/after, project highlights)</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and tone across all channels</li></ul>4. Project Management<ul><li>Plan content calendars and campaign timelines</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies / photographers / videographers when needed</li><li>Liaise with project managers to align marketing content with project phases (design, construction, handover)</li></ul>5. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor website traffic, social media growth, campaign performance</li><li>Generate regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM data to inform strategy</li></ul>6.
