We are specialized in renovating, designing, managing residential and commercial spaces, with a strong focus on design excellence and project execution.Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Project Management firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting both office and field teams, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence.Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Desk &amp; Client Interaction<ul><li>Greet clients, vendors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails</li><li>Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and representative of our brand</li><li>Provide refreshments and hospitality during client visits</li></ul>2. Administrative Support<ul><li>Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related appointments</li><li>Noting down Minutes of Meetings held at the office for important projects</li><li>Assist with calendar management for project managers and executives</li><li>Prepare and organize project documents, files, invoices, and correspondence</li><li>Support HR and operations with onboarding documents, timesheets, and recordkeeping</li><li>Maintain office supplies, order materials, and coordinate deliveries</li></ul>3. Project &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Assist project managers with document tracking, submittals, and RFI/log updates</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for document pickup/drop-off</li><li>Support the team with general workflow tasks and communication needs</li></ul>4. Office Operations<ul><li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package management</li><li>Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and facility needs</li><li>Assist with expense reports, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks</li></ul>Requirements /Qualifications: <ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of receptionist or administrative experience (construction/fit-out or design industry is a plus)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)</li><li>Strong organization skills and ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health benefits</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company</li><li>Supportive, creative, and team-oriented culture</li><li>Exposure to construction, architecture, and interior design projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
