Their ideal candidate will be reliable and committed long-term, have a patient and kind demeanor, and have a strong knowledge of child development. Daily responsibilities include tackling their after-school routine, some household chores, and meal prepping during nap time, and engaging in enriching playtime when awake. The family would love someone who can support them with potty training, teaching social boundaries, and modeling emotional regulation.
