Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining electronic files</li><li>Provide administrative support to team members and handle special projects as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support roles</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is highly desirable for diverse client interactions</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and filing processes</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
