We provide the structured system; you provide the results.</li></ul>​What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>​Cleaning residential homes using our specific step-by-step checklist.</li><li>​Following strict product and detail standards to ensure consistency.</li><li>​Maintaining and dropping off equipment/supplies as directed.</li><li>​Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of &quot;quality first.&quot;</li></ul>​Requirements<ul><li>​Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience (residential, hotel, or similar) is preferred.</li><li>​Reliability: You must have a reliable vehicle and GPS.</li><li>​Character: Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work solo.</li><li>​References: Must be able to provide at least one supervisor reference.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have reliable transportation to get to and from jobs?</li><li>Are you willing to undergo a background check as part of our hiring process?</li><li>This role requires attention to detail and a friendly, positive attitude with clients and teammates. How do you approach getting the job done correctly and professionally?</li><li> Our clients often have pets in their homes. Are you comfortable working around animals?</li><li>We use standardized supplies and procedures. No personal supplies, no deviations. Are you comfortable with that?</li><li>Transportation &amp; gas pay confirmation (agree or disagree).</li></ul>It is your responsibility to get yourself to the Gainesville unit. Gas pay begins only after you arrive at the unit.<ul><li>How soon can you start, and what is your availability?</li></ul>This position generally requires availability Monday&ndash;Friday during daytime hours (typically 9:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM). While not required every day, availability on most weekdays is needed. Some evening and weekend shifts are also required<ul><li> Do you have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and auto insurance? </li><li>Contact information from a former boss to verify your reliability. Can you please provide their name and the company phone number?</li><li>Are you available for 10&ndash;15 hours a week, including occasional evening or weekend shifts for commercial accounts?</li><li>We pay $16/hr base + a $2/hr Quality Bonus. If there are no customer complaints for the week, you earn $18/hr. If a customer complains, you stay at the $18 base and the bonus resets the following week.
