​Residential House Cleaner (Experience Required)

​Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

​Requirements

• ​Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience (residential, hotel, or similar) is preferred.
• ​Reliability: You must have a reliable vehicle and GPS.
• ​Character: Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work solo.
• ​References: Must be able to provide at least one supervisor reference.

It is your responsibility to get yourself to the Gainesville unit. Gas pay begins only after you arrive at the unit.

• How soon can you start, and what is your availability?

This position generally requires availability Monday–Friday during daytime hours (typically 9:00 AM–3:00 PM). While not required every day, availability on most weekdays is needed. Some evening and weekend shifts are also required

• Do you have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance?
• Contact information from a former boss to verify your reliability. Can you please provide their name and the company phone number?
• Are you available for 10–15 hours a week, including occasional evening or weekend shifts for commercial accounts?
• We pay $16/hr base + a $2/hr Quality Bonus. If there are no customer complaints for the week, you earn $18/hr. If a customer complains, you stay at the $18 base and the bonus resets the following week. Do you agree to this?
