Mandi GobindgarhKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive Business Growth: Identify and capture new market opportunities for EOT cranes, leveraging market research and technical insights to address evolving customer needs.</li><li>Initiate and Inspire: Proactively engage high-potential customers, generating valuable inquiries and nurturing business relationships in technical and service-oriented industrial sectors.</li><li>Deliver Technical Excellence: Prepare and present detailed, competitive proposals, emphasising engineering solutions, after-sales support and technical differentiation.</li><li>Own the Sales Journey: Lead the entire sales process right from initial engagement, technical assessment and solution design, through negotiation and closure and ensuring optimal fit and satisfaction for each client.</li><li>Forge Powerful Partnerships: Build lasting client relationships based on trust, value and technical expertise. Promote long-term collaboration and repeat business, serving as a strategic partner in lifting and handling solutions.</li><li>Champion Service Excellence: Ensure clients receive exceptional post-sale support, including installation coordination, technical training, troubleshooting and maintenance guidance. Preference will be given to applicants from local areas.Experience:<ul><li>Relevant Engineering Background: Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in sales, marketing or service roles within the engineering sector, preferably with companies involved in EOT crane manufacturing, material handling equipment or heavy industrial machinery.</li><li>Technical Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to sell complex mechanical, electrical or electronic systems, including exposure to product demos, technical presentations, tendering and solution-based consultative sales cycles.</li><li>Service and After-Sales Involvement: Direct experience in coordinating installation, commissioning, maintenance or technical support activities for engineered products.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Familiarity with client industries such as steel, foundries, manufacturing, logistics or other sectors reliant on overhead lifting solutions.</li><li>Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales and service targets, growing accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships.</li><li>Regional Familiarity: Experience operating in the target geographies, with preference for candidates from or familiar with the local industrial ecosystem</li><li>Leadership &amp; Initiative: Experience leading cross-functional teams, launching strategic initiatives and driving business growth through both technical prowess and service excellence.</li></ul>Application Instructions<ul><li>Compelling Submission: Submit your resume and a persuasive cover letter that explicitly details your direct sales and service experience within EOT cranes or related engineering equipment sectors.
