Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing (PEB)
Location:
Faridabad, Haryana

7–8 Years (Pre-Engineered Buildings – Mandatory)

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures / Construction
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with 7–8 years of proven experience in the PEB industry. The candidate should have a strong existing client base in North India, excellent market understanding, and a consistent record of high annual sales target achievement. This role requires extensive fieldwork, client engagement, and independent business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Leverage an existing strong client base to achieve consistent Order Acquisition.
- Identify and develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects and contractors across North India.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
Marketing & Market Development:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Maintain awareness of North India market trends and competition.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Coordination & Execution Support:
- Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
Key Requirements:
- 7–8 years of PEB sales experience.
- Strong client base in North India.
- Proven annual target achievement.
- Own car mandatory with touring experience.
- Strong market understanding of North India.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) preferred
- MBA (Marketing) – added advantage
Salary / CTC:
80K to 90K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
