Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn &amp; Landscape Technician, where you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, beautiful environments. This energetic position involves hands-on work in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape projects, ensuring every client&rsquo;s property looks pristine and well-maintained. You&rsquo;ll utilize your mechanical knowledge and expertise with various tools to deliver top-quality results while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment that values your skills and dedication.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.</li><li>Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep.</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like aeration, dethatching, and soil preparation.</li><li>Use equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for hardscape installations or site improvements.</li><li>Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all tools and equipment used on-site.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators.</li><li>Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for long periods of standing or walking.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols when handling machinery or chemicals.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques or procedures.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating stunning outdoor spaces!
