Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
• Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like aeration, dethatching, and soil preparation.
• Use equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for hardscape installations or site improvements.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all tools and equipment used on-site.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators.
• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for long periods of standing or walking.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols when handling machinery or chemicals.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques or procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
