Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client services. This role involves interacting with customers via phone and other communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. A focus on sales and the ability to analyze customer needs will be essential in delivering outstanding service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding products and services.</li><li>Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.</li><li>Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.</li><li>Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while engaging with clients.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.</li><li>Other tasks include AR collection by making calls to clients.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.</li><li>Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell when appropriate.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.</li><li>Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly.</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to customer service is an advantage.</li><li>Bilingual preferred (Spanish)</li></ul>Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where your contributions will make a difference in our customers' experiences!Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
