Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client services. This role involves interacting with customers via phone and other communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. A focus on sales and the ability to analyze customer needs will be essential in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while engaging with clients.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
• Other tasks include AR collection by making calls to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell when appropriate.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to customer service is an advantage.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
