CSR - Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately when required.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.
• Conducting renewal reviews for current clients
• Keeping our client retention ratio as strong as your morning coffee
• Providing amazing customer service and ensuring our clients know we’re a full-service agency offering a wide range of products
• Directing active clients to our sales reps when the moment is right
• Ensuring clients are covered accurately
• Onboarding new clientele and making sure all documents are current and sufficient

Skills

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a call center environment or customer support role is preferred.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales or cash handling is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
• Some Insurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
